Where we ship: United States currently; Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand planned. Processing time: 1–2 business days. Shipping time: 7-16 business days once shipped. Tracking: emailed as soon as your order ships. Delays: occasional carrier delays outside our control; we'll keep you posted. Customs: not applicable for US orders; future international orders may carry customs fees the customer is responsible for.
