Refund policy

We want you to actually enjoy what you ordered. If your Fennrose Ritual Scalp Massager isn't the right fit, here's how returns work. Return window: 30 days from delivery. Condition: unused, original packaging, all accessories included — unless it arrived damaged or defective. How to start a return: email hello@fennrose.com with your order number; we'll send a return address and next steps. Refunds: processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return, to your original payment method. Original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is on you unless the return is our error. Damaged or defective: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos — we'll send a replacement or refund, usually without needing it shipped back. Exchanges: not offered directly — return for a refund and place a new order.
